Facilities Manager

Industry: Logistics Manage warehouse & office facilities Location: East Role Overview • Our client, a leading global logistics company, is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee its warehouse and office facilities in Singapore. You will keep sites safe, compliant and cost-effective, manage contractors and landlords, and lead facility projects and sustainability initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day facility operations and M&E systems (ACMV, electrical, lifts, dock equipment, fire protection, BMS), including preventive and corrective maintenance • Ensure fire safety and statutory compliance, including Fire Certificate, inspections, drills, licence renewals and insurance risk requirements • Manage contractors and service providers, from scope of work and quotation review to Permit-to-Work compliance and performance monitoring • Lead facility projects such as A&A works, renovation, reinstatement and equipment replacement through to handover • Manage facility CAPEX and OPEX budgets, forecasting and cost control • Liaise with landlords and internal teams (Operations, Procurement, Safety, Security, IT) to minimise operational disruption • Drive energy, water and sustainability initiatives, including ESG data reporting and BCA Green Mark support • Maintain facility records, contracts, inspection reports and asset information Qualifications & Requirements • Experience in facilities management within warehouse, logistics, industrial or commercial environments • Good working knowledge of building and M&E systems • Sound understanding of fire safety, workplace safety and statutory compliance • Knowledge of energy and water management and sustainability initiatives • Strong vendor, contractor and stakeholder management skills • Able to manage projects, budgets and multiple priorities independently Job ID: JOB-01456 All successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
