IT Application Support Executive

• Position: IT Application Support Executive • Location: Defu Lane • Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm) • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to S$4,000 Monthly Basic Salary + AWS+ Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits • Duration: Permanent • Industry: Gas Distributor Main Responsibilities: • Provide IT and application support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft 365 and other business systems. • Troubleshoot user issues involving applications, access, configuration and system errors. • Support key business workflows including purchasing, sales, inventory and finance. • Manage user accounts, roles and access permissions. • Assist in troubleshooting system integrations, APIs and web-based applications, coordinating with vendors where necessary. • Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Assist with workflow automation and digitalisation initiatives using tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps. • Support the responsible use of AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT and Gemini. • Maintain relevant IT, application and user-support documentation. • Support IT security, access reviews and other IT improvement initiatives. Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related discipline. • At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT support, application support or IT operations. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is advantageous. • Basic understanding of APIs, web services or system integrations. • Exposure to Power Automate, Power Apps, automation or AI-enabled tools would be advantageous.
