Project Manager (Electrical – M&E Contractor)

• Manage electrical projects from planning and design coordination through installation, testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring completion within agreed schedules, budgets and quality standards. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams on technical submissions, electrical drawings, procurement and site execution. • Oversee electrical distribution and installation works, including switchboards, cabling, lighting and associated electrical systems, while monitoring project progress, costs, resources and technical issues. • Ensure compliance with electrical regulations, project specifications, contractual obligations and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements , maintaining project documentation and progress reports. Requirements: • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent • At least 7 years of experience in electrical project management within the M&E contracting, construction, commercial, industrial or building-services industry. • Strong technical knowledge of electrical distribution systems, switchboards, cabling, installation, testing and commissioning. • Good understanding of project scheduling, contract administration, cost control and WSH requirements.
