Quantity Surveyor Salary: $2,500 – $4,000 Working Days: Mon - Fri | 9am to 6pm & Sat 9am to 1pm Working Location: Kaki Bukit Job Responsibilities • Review façade, curtain wall and window drawings, specifications and shop drawings for quantity take-off • Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities and tender documents for façade and glazing packages • Review material costs and subcontractor quotations • Evaluate and negotiate quotations and contracts with suppliers and subcontractors • Prepare progress claims, variation orders and final accounts • Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors and project teams on commercial matters • Track material procurement and delivery schedules • Conduct site measurements and verify quantities against as-built drawings • Support cost control and procurement throughout the project Job Requirements • Relevant Quantity Surveying / construction background • Experience in façade, curtain wall, window or aluminium QS work will be advantageous • Knowledge of curtain wall, aluminium window and cladding systems • Able to read and interpret façade / technical shop drawings Email: supreme.jacksontan@gmail.com Tan Yong Zhi (Jackson) | Reg: R24124461 The Supreme HR Advisory Pte.
