WhatsApp: +65 90820021 (Kyler) Email: kylergan.supreme@gmail.com Working Times: Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm) Saturday (9am -1pm) Working location: Eunos Salary : SGD 2600 - SGD 4,000 Job Responsibilities: • Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the community. • Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement • Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs. • Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes • Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements. • Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services. • Guide volunteers in executing programme activities. • Manage programme budgets and resources. • Work with other organisations to execute programmes. Job Requirements • Possess minimum Diplomapreferably in Social Services or related fields • Relevant experience working with elderly clients in community setting, healthcare or social service sector is preferred • Experience & knowledge in programme design, implementation, and evaluation The Supreme HR Advisory Pte.
