Our client, a well-established non-profitable organisation is seeking for a Planning & Development , Senior Manager ( Social Services / Healthcare ) - $ 9,500.00 + AWS + attractive bonuses / 21 annual leave / Central area Requirements • Degree holder • At least 5 to 8 years of Managerial experience in Planning & Development functions - Strategic and Operational for a Social Services / Healthcare environment. • Strong experience in planning, implementation and reviews medium to long term plans & initiatives. Conscientious in ascertaining and assessing relevant strategic and operational matters that might impact business model, modus operandi and strategies, Mission and Vision. • Conduct strategic reviews/analysis, study into areas of organisation development, and work in various settings within MINDS that pertain directly or indirectly to the organisation’s strategic and management planning processes. • Strong inter-personal communication and problem-solving skills - Workplan Seminars, Board Management Retreats, Annual Planning Forums, Board Meetings, Partnership Engagements, and Senior Management Meetings. • Strong knowledge in Strategic Planning, Risk Management and Occupational Health and Safety, or quality improvement Others • Salary up to $ 9,500.00 + AWS + attractive bonuses • Office hours, 5 day work week, Flexi work arrangement • 21 Days Annual Leave • Central area Interested candidate can send in your resume (word format prefer) to grayson.su@thetalentnetwork.com.sg
