• Ensure all repackaging activities comply with authorized specifications, GMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements. • Investigate near misses and process deviations; support the implementation of appropriate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). • Verify correct execution of repackaging operations against approved procedures and work instructions. • Perform routine quality checks and accurately record inspection results. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and champion quality throughout operations. • Support quality culture initiatives, internal audits, and ad-hoc projects. • Deliver internal training to team members and perform administrative duties as required. • Maintain flexibility to support flexi-shifts or overtime when operationally necessary to meet production timelines. Requirements (Must-Have): • Diploma in a relevant discipline, or equivalent practical knowledge of Quality/Compliance within a packaging or manufacturing environment. • Proven experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) within manufacturing, production, or assembly settings. • Good working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and quality-related regulatory requirements. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high commitment to quality assurance.
