Freelance Staff Nurse (Registered Nurse) – Home Nursing About Nuravia Nursing Services Nuravia Nursing Services is a Singapore-registered home healthcare service provider dedicated to delivering compassionate, professional and personalised nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes. We are expanding our network of qualified Registered Nurses (Staff Nurses) to provide home-based nursing services across Singapore. Job Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualised nursing care plans. • Monitor patients’ vital signs, health conditions and responses to treatment. • Administer prescribed medications and treatments within professional scope. • Perform wound assessment, dressing changes and wound management. • Provide nasogastric tube feeding and other appropriate enteral feeding care. • Perform urinary catheter care and catheterisation where clinically indicated. • Provide suctioning, oxygen therapy support and other prescribed nursing procedures within competency. • Support patients requiring post-hospitalisation, elderly, chronic disease and palliative care. • Identify clinical deterioration and escalate concerns appropriately. • Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient progress records. • Provide patient and caregiver education. • Coordinate care with families, physicians and other healthcare professionals. • Maintain infection prevention, patient safety and professional nursing standards. Job Requirements • Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration. • Valid SNB Practising Certificate. • Diploma or Degree in Nursing, or an SNB-recognised equivalent qualification. • Relevant clinical nursing experience preferred. • Hospital, community nursing, home nursing or palliative care experience is advantageous. • Current BCLS certification preferred. • Able to practise independently within professional scope and demonstrated competencies. • Strong clinical judgement, communication and documentation skills. • Compassionate, reliable and professional. • Legally permitted to undertake independent freelance work in Singapore. Working Arrangements • Freelance / assignment-based engagement. • Various patient residences across Singapore. • Flexible day and night assignments. • Weekday, weekend and public holiday opportunities. • Short-term and ongoing patient assignments. • No guaranteed minimum assignments or working hours. • Engagement terms discussed privately with shortlisted applicants.
