Warehousing Assistant

DG Packaging Pte Ltd Location: 5 Sunview Road Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon – Fri) Salary: $2500 - $3000 Job Roles and Responsibilities • Responsible for daily inbound and outbound sample orders • Responsible for checking and tallying all outbound physical items to ensure accurate matches with orders • Liaising with overseas counterparts to ensure requirements are fulfilled • Responsible for decision making on the right dispatch service to use to meet timelines • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor • Light pick and pack of samples as required Requirements • Minimum GCE 'N' Level, 'O' Level, or equivalent qualification. • Able to communicate effectively in simple written and spoken English. • Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Responsible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines. • Willing to perform light picking and packing duties when required. • Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or order processing is an advantage.
