Contract Customer Service Representative (Manufacturing MNC) - Up to 4K #HHL

📍 Jurong East – International Business Park 💰 Up to S$4,000/month 🕘 8.30am–5.30pm 📄 6-month contract with potential conversion, subject to headcount and performance Responsibilities: • Manage the order-to-cash process and process customer orders using SAP. • Provide regional sales support and coordinate shipping documentation. • Handle customer enquiries, complaints and sample requests. • Coordinate with internal teams on logistics, credit and trade compliance matters.
