A growing organisation is looking for a Senior Executive in Human Resources to support the full employee lifecycle. You will partner with business teams on recruitment, employee relations, compensation and HR operations. What You'll Be Doing • Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit • Partner with hiring managers on recruitment and selection • Administer payroll inputs, leave, benefits and claims • Maintain HR records and the HR information system • Handle employee relations queries and support case resolution • Support performance management and annual review cycles • Assist with compensation and benefits reviews and surveys • Support training coordination and engagement initiatives • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies • Prepare HR reports, analytics and presentations What You'll Bring • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or a related discipline and above • Experience in an HR generalist or HR operations role • Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and practices • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is an advantage • Strong stakeholder engagement skills • Discreet with confidential information • Meticulous and able to manage multiple priorities What's In It For You • Broad HR generalist exposure • Opportunity to grow into a strategic HR role • Accessible central location near MRT Interested?
