Leading A1 Main Contractor | Major Building Construction Projects Position: M&E Manager Working Week: Monday – Friday, 5 Days per Week Salary: Up to SGD 12,000 (Highly Negotiable) Project Types: Newly Awarded Building Construction Projects Project Location: Singapore COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary Package: AWS +Performance Bonus (up to 2.5 Months) + Manager Allowance + Site Allowance + Travel Allowance + Paid OT Benefits: Training & Career Development + Medical & Dental Insurance + Salary Review after 3 Months + Other Attractive Employee Benefits ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee and manage Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) works on site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on all M&E technical and coordination matters • Review and manage shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions • Monitor site progress and ensure M&E works are carried out in accordance with project schedules • Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems to ensure successful project delivery • Resolve coordination issues between M&E, architectural, and structural disciplines • Ensure compliance with authority requirements, safety regulations, and quality standards • Support project planning, cost control, and reporting activities related to M&E works • Lead and supervise M&E teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient site execution (for Manager level) • Provide guidance and technical support to junior engineers and site staff REQUIREMENTS • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in building construction projects with a Main Contractor • Strong experience in M&E coordination, site execution, and project delivery • Experience in large-scale building projects such as healthcare, commercial, or mixed-use developments • Good understanding of Singapore construction practices, authority requirements, and submission processes • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills • Leadership experience and ability to manage teams and subcontractors (for Manager level) CAREER PROSPECT An excellent opportunity to join a leading A1 Main Contractor delivering major projects in Singapore, offering long-term stability and strong career progression.
