Expense Analyst (Expense Audit, Corporate Card Programme, Power BI) #HDC1

A global business services organisation is looking for an Expense Analyst to strengthen expense compliance and manage its corporate card programme. You will review expense claims, analyse spending patterns and partner with stakeholders across the region. What You'll Be Doing • Review and audit employee expense claims for policy and regulatory compliance • Manage the day-to-day corporate card programme, including issuance, reconciliation and queries • Identify exceptions, control gaps and non-compliance, and recommend improvements • Analyse spend data and prepare dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel • Work with regional stakeholders to resolve expense and card issues • Support internal and external audit requests and documentation • Recommend process and policy enhancements to improve controls • Track audit findings and follow up on remediation • Maintain accurate records and audit trails • Support ad hoc finance and shared services projects What You'll Bring • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline and above • Background in external or internal audit, Big 4 not required • Experience in expense audit, finance operations or shared services is an advantage • Working knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including working with regional teams • Meticulous with a good eye for exceptions • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment What's In It For You • Permanent role with a stable global organisation • Exposure to regional stakeholders • Accessible central location near MRT Interested?
