Now, we're taking on the next frontier: building an AISecurity Platform to defend against AI attacks such as Prompt Injection, ImagePoisoning, etc from OWASP Top10 for LLM. We're looking for a hands-on technicaldelivery leader to own execution of our largest enterprise engagements —starting with a multimillion-dollar, on-premise TraceCtrl LLM Guards deployment— if you're ready to own delivery from contract to go-live, this is your chanceto shine! What youwill be working on: • Ownend-to-end delivery of enterprise and public-sector engagements, including bothcloud and on-premise deployments • Act asthe primary point of contact for enterprise customers on delivery timelines,technical scoping and contract commitments • Translatecontractual and customer requirements into delivery plans, working closely withEngineering and DevOps to keep milestones on track • Manageescalations and risk on enterprise accounts, resolving blockers before theybecome delays • Partnerwith our technical architect on technical scoping and solution design foron-premise and customized deployments • Coordinateonsite and on-premise installation, configuration and go-live activities forenterprise customers • Buildrepeatable delivery playbooks so future enterprise engagements onboard faster • SupportSales and Product during pre-sales technical scoping for new enterpriseopportunities • Managecontract deliverables and change requests in coordination with Finance andLegal • Trackdelivery KPIs — milestone adherence, customer satisfaction, contract SLAs — andreport to founding leadership What weare looking for: • Bachelor'sDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent • Atleast 5 years of experience in technical project/program delivery, professionalservices or customer-facing engineering roles • Strongunderstanding of contract management, SLAs and delivery governance • PMP orAgile Certified will be a plus • Excellentstakeholder management and communication skills, able to manage senior customerand internal stakeholders under pressure • Experiencein cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML or enterprise software is a strong plus • Comfortableoperating in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities,including some onsite travel • OnlySingapore citizens and PRs need to apply Interested applicants, please drop us a note at hr@cloudsine.tech with your CV and cover letter.
