Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a short interview online or Face-to-Face We are looking for a hands-on Centre Assistant Manager / Manager who has drive and a keen interest in the Education sector. Someone who is eager to explore all areas of Centre management from client relations to centre marketing. This position offers many opportunities for personal growth and career stability. Client Relations • Provide admin service to clients (and tutors). • Record keeping of attendance and generation of receipts and payment advice. • Communicate in timely manner with staff, parents, students and other stakeholders in English and Chinese. • Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads via Forms, Social Media Platforms & WhatsApp • Address clients' queries and concerns that they might have. Tutor Relations • Assist tutors with technical issues & printing of notes. Business to Business (B2B) • Work with government agencies (SWDA and NEA) on regulatory compliance • Manage contracts & invoices for clients • Provide after-sales service to clients Internal Processes • Work with customised school management software for student enrolment, attendance and payment records. • Simple bookkeeping duties. • Adhere and improve on internal SOP and PDPA. • Ensure centre logistics and cleanliness requirements. Teaching Duties • Adhoc or permanent teaching duties may be assigned when there is a need. Content Creation & Management • Academic content creation, digitalisation and management • Plan, write, and publish posts with consistent brand voice; design visuals and produce short or long-form videos, while tracking performance across social media channels (Instagram, Facebook and Youtube) • Design ad creatives and social media posts and website content writing (Knowledge of AI is a plus)Shoot and edit short-form reels and longer-form videos for science experiments and advertising • Edit and update website content to improve SEO Job Requirements: Education • Minimum of Diploma in Business. Poly &University Fresh Graduates are welcome Soft skills • Friendly, Passionate and Energetic Team Player with a real interest in Education. • Organized and Good Administrative Skills • Polite, Patient and Good Customer Services Skills Technical skills: • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and Photoshop • Ability to shoot and edit video quickly using video tools such as Capcut • Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and creative iteration • Experience editing and updating website content; Good written and spoken command of English and Mandarin Salary : • $2,800-$3,500/Month + CPF Working Hours: • 4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend 9.00am - 6pm Preferred: • Experience in education or a related sector • Experience in social media marketing, including managing and scheduling posts on Instagram /Facebook • Interested candidates are invited to apply with their CV and a portfolio of recent work (design, video or campaign samples).
