Contract-to-Perm Patient Service Officer (PSO) – Dermatology #HFT

Working Days: 5.5 days per week Working Hours: • Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: Regular office hours, until 5:30pm • Tuesday: Evening clinic, until 7:30pm • Friday & Saturday: Half-day morning, until 1:30pm Job Responsibilities • Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling. • Assist doctors during patient consultations and provide support in the consultation room. • Dispense medications as prescribed by doctors. • Handle payment collection and cashiering duties. • Attend to patient enquiries and provide general clinic administrative support. • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Job Requirements • Previous experience in a specialist clinic, dermatology clinic or aesthetic clinic is essential. • Experience in patient service, clinic operations and medication dispensing will be advantageous. • Able to work 5.5 days per week, including evening clinic hours and Saturdays. • Responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
