C&B Manager (Semicon/Manufacturing)

Responsibilities: Strategic Rewards Leadership • Define and implement Total Rewards strategy and philosophy • Advise CEO, HR Head, and Management Team on compensation decisions and trends Compensation & Benefits Design & Governance •Lead the design and review of: o Salary structures o Allowance frameworks (including shift and fab-specific components) o Variable pay programs o Employee benefits and wellness programs • Review and enhance policies and programs to ensure market competitiveness and support talent attraction and retention • Ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation, statutory requirements, and regulations • Ensure strong governance, policies, and compliance controls Market Benchmarking & Competitiveness • Conduct regular benchmarking • Translate insights into practical, business-aligned reward decisions Analytics & Insights • Build data-driven capability in rewards • Develop dashboards, insights, and predictive analysis to support decision-making • Oversee HRIS processes related to Compensation & Benefits, ensuring accurate data management, efficient administration and reliable reporting Stakeholder Management • Partner closely with CEO and Management Team • Drive alignment and secure buy-in for transformation initiatives Team Leadership • Lead and develop a small team (Compensation Specialist, Benefits Specialist) • Build technical depth and analytical capability Requirements • Minimum 10 years in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards • Proven leadership experience with team management, a strategic and hands-on motivated individual, with the ability to influence, simplify, and transform. • Experience in semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing environments • Rewards strategy and design • Data analytics and insights • Stakeholder influence at senior levels • Ability to simplify complex compensation structures • Experience driving change and transformation initiatives All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
