Warehouse & eCommerce Operations Executive

Step into the role of Warehouse & eCommerce Operations Executive at myhalo, where you'll be at the centre of Singapore's circular economy. You will be responsible for managing the flow of refurbished laptops and mobile devices from our warehouse to our customers, ensuring every device is processed, packed, and delivered with care. Your work will support both our online and offline sales channels, enabling a seamless customer experience. Our eCommerce platform and AI-assisted tools help with inventory, order processing, and customer communication, making your work smoother and more efficient. We're looking for someone organised, reliable, and eager to learn, with a passion for sustainability and creating impact. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring stock is organised, accessible, and up to date with our inventory system. Order Processing: Manage customer orders end-to-end: printing consignment notes, packing devices securely, and organising deliveries. Online Platform Management: Update product listings on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Carousell, and review AI-generated product descriptions and images to ensure they are accurate and appealing before going live. Customer Service Support: Respond to customer enquiries about products, stock, and delivery across our channels, with helpful, timely support. RMA & Returns Support: Handle returns and exchanges, including device checks, packaging, and reprocessing for resale. Inventory & Order Tracking: Keep track of inventory levels and monitor the movement of goods to avoid delays or errors, using AI-assisted data entry and analytics to catch discrepancies early. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth operations from warehouse to customer. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to make our operations more efficient and sustainable, and suggest improvements. Sales Targets & KPIs Logistics: Order fulfilment accuracy and turnaround time; eCommerce performance: Number of successful listings and online sales; Data quality: Accuracy of pricing and product information; Inventory accuracy: Effective stock management and reduction in discrepancies; Sustainability: Number of devices successfully refurbished and reused. Requirements Educational Background: Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, IT, or a related field. Fresh graduates welcome: Experience in eCommerce or logistics is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy in inventory, data entry, and order processing. Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Good communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude. Willingness to learn AI tools and adapt to new technologies. Passion for sustainability and the circular economy.
