Companion animal products | Singapore | Full time, permanent About ZAGRO Since 1953, ZAGRO has been a trusted manufacturer and supplier of animal health, crop care and public health products, with a presence in more than 70 countries. We are headquartered in Singapore and we manufacture here. We are now bringing that expertise directly to et owners through a new range of companion animal products, sold online through TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada. This is a new business for us, and we are looking for a creative and confident content creator to help build it from the first day. The role reports to the Regional Director, Technical and Sales, Animal Health. What You’ll Do • Plan, film, edit and publish short-form videos and livestreams, and represent our brand on camera • Own the content calendar and manage the online community across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook • Host live selling sessions and drive sales through TikTok Shop • Build and maintain our product listings on TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada • Run platform campaigns, vouchers and bundle promotions, and keep the storefronts current • Support our influencer and creator programme with briefs, product seeding and content review • Track sales, traffic, conversion and repeat purchase, and report weekly on what is working • Work within the approved product claim set and submit content for review before publishing What We’re Looking For • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media or a related field • 1 to 2 years of experience in social media content creation for a consumer or e-commerce brand, with a track record of growing an account or selling through content • Confident and natural on camera and in live sessions • Skilled in video editing using CapCut, Premiere or similar tools • Creative, self-driven and results-oriented, and comfortable reading a sales report • Strong written and spoken English • Experience with TikTok Shop live selling or Shopee and Lazada Seller Centre is a plus • Experience with a regulated product is an advantage • A genuine love for pets is a bonus How to Apply Send your CV and links to your content or portfolio to hrglobal@zagro.com, including your expected salary and notice period.
