Loan Operations Executive (Syndicated Loans, Agency Operations, Drawdowns, Rollovers, Banking) #HDC1

A leading international bank is looking for a Loan Operations Executive to join its loan agency operations team. You will administer syndicated loans, working as both maker and checker to keep every transaction accurate and on time. What You'll Be Doing • Handle loan administration and operations for syndicated loans where the bank acts as agent • Process drawdowns, rollovers, interest and fee payments and maintain loan records • Perform maker and checker functions with strong control discipline • Liaise with borrowers, participants, agents and internal stakeholders on loan administration matters • Monitor and disseminate information on undertakings, covenants and notices • Reconcile loan balances and resolve breaks promptly • Ensure transactions comply with agreements, policies and regulatory requirements • Support audits, reviews and control testing with complete documentation • Identify operational risks and suggest process improvements • Prepare management reports and support ad hoc projects What You'll Bring • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Banking, Accountancy, Business or a related discipline and above • 2 to 5 years of experience in loan administration, syndicated loans or agency operations • Good understanding of loan products, documentation and settlement processes • Meticulous with strong control awareness • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and loan systems • Strong stakeholder engagement skills • Able to meet tight deadlines accurately • Team player with a strong sense of ownership What's In It For You • Office hours, Monday to Friday • Exposure to syndicated loan agency operations • Convenient transport arrangements to the workplace Interested?
