Temporary Finance Assistant | Up to $2,500/Month | Short-Term Contract 📍 Location: West 🚌 Transport: Company transport provided from Lakeside MRT or CCK 💰 Salary: Up to $2,500/month 🕘 Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8.30am–5.30pm 📄 Contract Period: End November / Early December 2026 to January 2027 Key Responsibilities • Assist with processing supplier invoices, payment documents and staff claims. • Verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy, completeness and approval. • Match invoices against purchase orders, delivery orders and goods receipt records. • Perform data entry and update financial transactions in the accounting or ERP system. • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations. • Prepare payment vouchers, journal entries and other finance-related documents. • Follow up on outstanding documents with internal departments and suppliers. • Assist with filing, scanning and maintaining financial records. • Support month-end closing activities and preparation of reconciliation reports. • Assist with bank, supplier and intercompany reconciliations where required. • Support GST documentation and audit-related requests. • Perform general administrative and finance duties assigned by the supervisor. 📩 Interested candidates, please send your updated CV to jocelynchan@recruitexpress.com.sg OR Telegram @jocelynchan Jocelyn Chan | Consultant | Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Lifescience) Company EA Licence number : 99C4599 Personnel EA License: R1331820
