Assistant Manager, HRIS Specialist (Healthcare) #HTJ

Job Responsibilities • Lead the implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors, working closely with HR stakeholders and implementation partners to translate business requirements into system configurations. • Manage end-to-end system testing, including system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure successful deployment. • Oversee HR data cleansing, extraction, mapping, validation and migration to ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot system issues and manage ongoing HRIS operations. • Manage SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning and Performance Management. • Develop HR reports, dashboards and analytics to support workforce planning and management decisions. • Prepare SOPs, system documentation and user guides, and conduct training to drive system adoption and self-service usage. • Liaise with implementation partners and SAP support teams to resolve technical issues and enhance system performance. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related discipline. • 6–10 years of relevant HR/HRIS experience, with hands-on involvement in at least one end-to-end enterprise HR system implementation or rollout. SAP SuccessFactors experience is highly preferred. • Strong functional knowledge of HRIS modules, data migration and HR reporting, with excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
