Leasing Executive – Retail Mall | Up to $4,800 #HHLT

📍 Buona Vista 💰 $4,400–$4,800/month 🕒 Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm 💼 Responsibilities • Support retail planning, including trade and tenant mix reviews • Source and secure suitable retail tenants through prospecting, cold calling and site viewings • Support negotiations for new leases and renewals • Prepare and track lease documentation and marketing materials • Monitor tenant sales, lease performance, rental analysis and forecasts • Conduct market research and competitor analysis • Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective tenants • Follow up on rental payments and outstanding arrears • Monitor tenants’ monthly sales submissions through relevant systems • Support lease management and Point-of-Sale systems • Assist with feasibility studies and development of new retail concepts • Maintain tenancy, leasing and sales documentation 📝 Requirements • Min. diploma / Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent • Relevant retail mall / leasing experience preferred • Good communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills • Comfortable with tenant engagement, market research and leasing documentation • Organised and able to manage multiple leasing activities concurrently 📩 Email your resume to biomedical@recruitexpress.com.sg or Telegram @alexgohhl. ➖ Alex Goh Hock Leong CEI No.: R1763413 Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Life Sciences) EA Licence No.: 99C4599
