[HIRING] Building a small creative design studio. Looking for a B2B Sales Partner, Motion Designer & Brand Designer / Illustrator

Hey everyone! I'm a graphic and UX/UI designer with a background in digital marketing, and I've recently started thinking about building something of my own. The idea is to create a small, independent creative studio where a few designers with complementary skills can collaborate, take on client projects, and hopefully grow something meaningful together. I'm planning to handle product design, UX/UI, and project management, and I'm looking for three people to join me: • Business Development / Sales Partner: Someone experienced in B2B sales who can help us find clients, pitch our services, and secure projects. • Motion Designer: Someone who enjoys animation, motion graphics, and bringing visual concepts to life. • Brand Designer / Illustrator: Someone passionate about visual identities, branding, and illustration. A few important things: • This is an early-stage initiative, not an established agency. • The collaboration would be fully remote and open internationally. • Designers would be compensated per project, with rates agreed upon beforehand. • The sales partner would work on a commission basis for successfully acquired projects. • There is no guaranteed workload or fixed salary at this stage. I'm not looking to build a huge agency overnight. I'd rather start small, work with people who genuinely enjoy what they do, and gradually build a strong portfolio and client base together.
