[Hiring] Fast, Friendly Print Designer Wanted | Posters, Banners & More | Remote | Paid Per Proje

Hi r/forhire, We're a busy small business with a steady stream of print projects, and we're looking for a fast, friendly, reliable freelance graphic designer for ongoing, project-based work. If you love seeing your designs leave the screen and show up on real walls, windows, and event tables, this one is for you. **What you'd be designing** - Large-format posters (including 24x36) for promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns - Banners and signage that stop people in their tracks - Flyers, brochures, business cards, postcards, and direct mail - Stickers, labels, and custom branded pieces - Holiday and seasonal artwork - Bonus if you also do social media graphics, like carousels and reel covers Everything gets printed on paper, vinyl, rigid boards, and more, then displayed where real people see it, so no two projects feel the same. **What we're looking for** - A portfolio or website we can browse (required) - Real print-ready know-how: CMYK, bleed, outlined fonts, high-res images, clean PDFs - Quick turnaround, ideally 24 to 48 hours on most pieces - Easy to reach for questions and quick revisions during U.S. Eastern business hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm and Sat 10am-2pm - Friendly, professional communication **Pay** Paid in USD, per design, at a small-business budget: $20-$40 per piece depending on size and complexity. You're paid promptly once files are approved. Every project is paid, starting with a paid first piece. No spec work and no free samples. **To apply** Please send me a DM (no need to comment) with your portfolio or website link, your per-piece rates, and your usual turnaround. Remote is fine! Thank you for reading. I can't wait to see your work! submitted by /u/Pitiful-Meal290 [link] [comments]
