🚨 WE ARE HIRING – INCIDENT MANAGER (TELECOM) 📍 Location: Egypt PENTABELL is looking for an experienced Incident Manager to join a telecom operations team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate technical teams during major incidents to ensure rapid service recovery. - Monitor incident progress and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders. - Coordinate emergency response and technical escalations. - Ensure effective incident resolution and minimize service disruption. - Identify recurring incidents and initiate Problem Management processes. - Prepare and submit major incident reports to management. - Ensure compliance with emergency and incident management procedures. Requirements: - Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Communications. - Good knowledge of mobile network architecture (2G/3G/LTE). - Understanding of BSS architecture and basic troubleshooting. - Knowledge of Core Network equipment (MSC, MGW, STP, HLR, CUDB). - Familiarity with vIMS and VAS nodes. - CCNA certification is an advantage. - Excellent communication skills and very good command of English. - Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions. - Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
