AVAILABLE POSITION Sales Personnel JOB DESCRIPTIONS As a Sales Personnel at Brooklyn Joe Integrated Concept Ltd., your core responsibilities will include: • Business Development: Actively identifying and onboarding new clients, including supermarkets, retail stores, event planners, and schools, to stock and sell our ice cream products. • Account Management: Maintaining strong relationships with existing distributors and retail partners to ensure consistent orders and brand loyalty. • Product Promotion: Educating vendors and customers about our various ice cream flavors, new product lines, and ongoing promotional offers. • Market Research: Monitoring competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences (e.g., trending flavors) and reporting these insights to management. • Merchandising & Quality Control: Ensuring that products displayed at vendor locations are properly stored at the correct temperatures and tracking product shelf-life (First-In-First-Out) to guarantee quality. • Order Fulfillment: Coordinating with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of ice cream orders to clients.
