WE ARE HIRING: LOAN SALES OFFICER Flexi Microfinance Bank is looking for results-driven Loan Sales Officers to acquire new customers, drive loan growth, and expand financial inclusion across Nigeria. Locations: Lagos, Abuja, Benue, Enugu, Delta, Abia, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Edo, Rivers, Oyo, Osun, Ogun, Ekiti & Cross River. Basic Salary: ₦70,000 + Transport Allowance:₦20,000 Performance-Based Commission Key Responsibilities: * Acquire new loan customers via field marketing, referrals, and outreach. * Promote loan products to individuals and small businesses. * Conduct credit assessments, manage documentation, and track repayments. * Meet assigned sales and portfolio targets while ensuring policy compliance. Requirements & Skills: * Minimum OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline. * Experience in sales, banking, microfinance, or fintech is an advantage. * Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
