You will serve as a REGIONAL PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SYSTEM MANAGER in the NAVSUP FLC YOKO REG OPERATIONS INTEGRATION DIVISION of COMMANDER, NAVAL REGION JAPAN . ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.***
PRINCIPALES MISSIONS :
You will interpret Head Quarters and Regional fuel policies to identify impacts to installation fuel operations and maintenance management processes.
You will report on results of analysis and make recommendations to management for improvement to fuel operations, asset validity and regional workload data.
You will monitor and report on the effectiveness of fuel automation configuration and procedural changes across regional fuel sites.
You will serve as the Region Fuels Office focal point to installations for resolution of trouble calls and system operating issues with fuel systems.
You will coordinate fuel software and database upgrades to maintain system integrity.
You will ensure fuel facility maintenance practices are consistent across regional operating locations for maintenance tracking.
You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES :
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing and interpreting policy for a fuel department for matters dealing with Preventative maintenance management and automated maintenance tracking systems to ensure maintenance practices are proper and consistent across regional operating locations.
