You will serve as a Ground Transportation Program Assistant (Office Automation) in the Fleet and Family Support Center (FFSC) of COMFLEACT YOKOSUKA. ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. *** Employees (and their family members) who require medical or dental care in Japan may experience severe limitations accessing medical care both on the military installation and the local economy, and also could incur costly medical expenses. PRINCIPALES MISSIONS : You will perform office automation work and collect and analyze data of customer satisfaction, usage, requirements and cost effectiveness of the program. You will develop and conduct surveys, data collation and analyses of studies. You will extract or develop other data to track requirements, cost, use and other elements of running the Narita Bus Program. You will schedule and prioritize inbound and outbound ground transportation of military and civilian personnel into various air terminals. You will plan and conduct marketing of the Narita Bus Program to encourage its use. The primary purpose of this position is to make ground transportation arrangements between the base and commercial air terminals, for military, USCS, fleet personnel, contractors and families who use the Narita Bus program. QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES : Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing office automation work and collection/ analysis of data on customer satisfaction, usage, requirements and/or cost effectiveness on providing ground transportation arrangements.
