Please see Additional Information section below.*** You will serve as an INTERDISCIPLINARY CLINICAL SUPERVISOR in the Family Readiness Division; Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP) Section; Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) of COMFLEACT YOKOSUKA.
PRINCIPALES MISSIONS :
You will advise installation managers and commanding officers on complex and sensitive issues.
You will direct and coordinate the work of professional employees.
You will recognize, identify and assess mental disorders per the current version of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.
You will recognize and define personal and social problems, to independently reach accurate conclusions, and to provide appropriate solutions.
You will supervise/oversee all aspects of the installation Family Advocacy Program (FAP), to include FAP assessment, case management, and intervention.
You will supervise/oversee all aspects of the Problematic Sexual Behaviors in Children and Youth (PSB-CY), FAP Victim Advocacy, New Parent Support Home Visitation (NPSHV), and FAP Education.
You will establish performance standards for subordinates; evaluates staff and conducts supervisory counseling sessions when necessary; conducts performance evaluations of staff.
You will approve and authorize leave and timecards and Identify employee developmental needs and provides or arranges for training (formal and on-the-job) to maintain and Advocacy Program (FAP) Clinical Supervisor improve job performance.
You will design, implement, and monitor Family Advocacy Program (FAP) employee’s incentive programs, employee development, and mentoring programs to produce effective employee performance and to achieve mission and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES :
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1) Managing budgets, manpower support, and facility requirements; 2) Interpreting and applying administrative directives, policies, and clinical guidelines to the work environment; and 3) Analyzing data to identify trends in clinical counseling and implementing systematic improvements.
