This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. PRINCIPALES MISSIONS :
You will receive visitors and phone calls to prioritize, process, and provide status for emergency/service calls, work requests, material issue documents, and workload history for all station buildings and structures.
You will advise customers on procedures for submitting written work requests when work is beyond scope of a service call and provides instruction on inputting work orders and querying the database for status and other data.
You will date stamp work requests and material issue documents and forward to industrial Engineering Tech for review, approval, and processing.
You will record requests in and retrieve data via remote computer terminal and electronically sends to appropriate action area.
You will assign appropriate Job Order Number (JON) for verbal and written requests.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES :
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of general experience in federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: using office machines such as fax machines, copiers, computers, calculations, electronic correspondence and electronic document transmission.
