You will serve as a TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Supply Department of TACTICAL TRAINING GROUP PACIFIC.
PRINCIPALES MISSIONS :
You will serve as Agency Program Coordinator for the government travel card program for Tactical Training Group Pacific (TACTRAGRUPAC) staff.
You will be responsible for interpreting and applying Joint Travel Regulation Volume II and advising employees on their eligibility for travel negotiation.
You will prepare and implement the command's policies and procedures for the government credit card.
You will coordinate with each directorate and traveler to ensure compliance with command policy for restricted cards, credit limits, delinquencies, and cardholder abuse.
You will perform quality control checks to ensure the accuracy of DTS and GTCC program data/elements are maintained within organizational controls.
You will serve as liaison between cardholders and CitiBank when resolving credit card problems or delinquent accounts.
You will ensure that all serviced employees receive their full entitlements in a timely manner and free of error, affecting the economic well-being of Sailors, Civilians, and Family Members.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES :
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying analytical and research techniques to provide advice on processing travel orders in accordance with Joint Travel Regulations and recommending alternative approaches in resolving problems for a Defense Travel System program.
