Please see Additional Information section below.*** You will serve as a REALTY SPECIALIST in the PUBLIC WORKS BRANCH, G-F DIVISION ofMARINE CORPS BASE CAMP BUTLER . Initial consideration for this announcement is limited to the number of applications listed at the top of this announcement. PRINCIPALES MISSIONS : You will ensure that all acquisition/construction costs, new facilities, and those facility repair projects determined to be capital improvements are capitalized and reflected in the real property inventory. You will serve as a Real Property Accountability Officer for management of all actions required for execution of real property activities for Marine Corps Base Butler. You will conduct real property physical inventories to ensure the inventory database reflect the number and category of assets on the ground. You will ensure the disposal of property record cards based on inspections, work orders, projects and other actions that result in changes to the real property inventory. QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES : Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: overseeing acquisition, management, and disposal functions for real estate holdings AND providing guidance on real estate principles, regulations, practices, methods and techniques. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Additional Information Continued: PPP applicants will be placed at the FPL, if determined Well Qualified (WQ). To receive priority consideration, the FPL must be the same grade level or equivalent of the retained grade or the grade held immediately prior to separation. ICTAP Applicants: To be considered well-qualified and exercise selection priority as an ICTAP candidate, displaced Federal employees must satisfy all qualification requirements for the position and receive a rating in the highly qualified category (score 85) or higher. ICTAP candidates must provide copies of all of the following documentation at the time of application: 1) agency notice; 2) most recent performance appraisal; and 3) most recent SF-50 or notification of personnel action that includes position, grade level, and duty location.
