As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will manage operational teams, evaluate work processes, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving operational and employee performance. PRINCIPALES MISSIONS : Provides technical and administrative supervision to the unit by establishing and carrying out action plans in order to accomplish Division goals and objectives. Promotes a creative environment that inspires team members to develop ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operations. Manages teams' work flow process and implements changes as needed. Distributes work assignments to staff to best utilizes their skills and experience while also ensuring developmental growth. Coordinates with other unit supervisors and peers to establish objectives, priorities and deadlines to formulate plans that meet substantial changes in workload. Adjusts work operations as needed to meet changing priorities within the organization. QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES : The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 05/08/2026. Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 05/08/2026. GS-12: You qualify at the GS-12 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-11 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing ALL of the following duties: Conducting/participating in studies to provide data on a program operations. Analyzing data from analytical studies and making recommendations to improve operating programs and initiatives. Presenting briefings on findings from analytical studies and their recommendations for program or policy improvement. Providing guidance and insight about analytical processes to other analysts within the department with less experience.
