You will serve as a Manager in the Weapon and Sensor Installation Division, N41 Strike & Industrial Installation Branch and N43 Naval Fires Installation Branch, in the Modernization and Installation Department of Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division.
PRINCIPALES MISSIONS :
You will serve as the first level supervisor for branch personnel that will be providing management, planning, coordination, technical direction, financial, and personnel management of complex Department of the Navy related projects.
You will provide a wide range of programs and projects in relation to Surface Ships.
You will manage a Weapon/Combat Missile system multi-task organization which provides test and evaluation and in-service engineering for various Navy ship classes/ platforms.
You will plan work, set priorities, accomplish objective and meet financial deadlines.
You will manage a multidisciplinary workforce including engineers, technicians, logisticians, and contractors
You will develop, coordinate and execute policies and procedures as the Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division authoritative representative.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES :
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional Engineer providing guidance, planning, and oversight to coordinate in-service engineering work assignments, manage test and evaluation functions, prepare and justify budgets, and monitor progress and evaluate outcomes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness for a surface ship warfare program.
