You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST of MARCORSYSCOM. Vacancies are in the Ground Based Air Defense (GBAD) and Intelligence and Cyberspace Operations (ICO) program offices. See ADDITIONAL INFORMATION section for more details.
PRINCIPALES MISSIONS :
You will perform research to gather and formalize information needed for projects or programs.
You will review, write, and coordinate documentation to meet program milestones with various organizations.
You will advise leaders on process improvements and conduct problem-solving exercises.
You will develop and manage contractual documents, overseeing tasks like contracting officer representative duties.
You will manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with integrated program plans.
You will develop performance measures to evaluate programs across organizational segments.
You will provide guidance on cost assessments, budgeting, and financial tracking for program execution.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES :
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Lead research, analysis, and coordination of complex programs, advising leadership, developing schedules and performance measures, monitoring budgets, resolving cross-functional issues, AND/OR preparing briefings to support critical decision-making.
