You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER in the Manpower and Reserve Affairs Department of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
PRINCIPALES MISSIONS :
You will establish and maintain standard operating procedures relative to the preparation and handling of correspondence.
You will review and control all correspondence and message traffic, both classified and unclassified.
You will coordinate administrative matters on documents of joint concern with other Marine Corps staff agencies, DON, DoD, and external agencies.
You will manage the MP Division budget and spending plans. Budget items include travel, training, supplies, equipment, furniture, and services.
You will monitor stock levels and submit requests for supplies and material via ERS (Electronic Requisitioning System).
QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES :
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing administrative operations, coordinating budget and personnel functions, analyzing workflows, and ensuring compliance while utilizing office systems.
